I cannot connect my wallet

- First, make sure you're on Solana Devnet. Visit Account > Settings Icon > Developer Settings > Toggle Testnet ON > Solana Devnet. If the issue persists, try logging out, clearing cache/force closing the app, and logging back in.
My hex count was x, but I only got y tokens, why are they so different?

- Hexes and Tokens are not 1:1. While it's true that more hexes == more tokens, they are not equal. Tokens are calculated at the end of each epoch based on your activity, the total number of users, total number of hexes, and how many hexes per user were contributed.
I traveled a lot today, but my hex count increased very little, or hasn't increased at all.
- If you are traveling through areas you've already visited in the last 30 days, those previously scanned hexes won't count again. Try exploring new areas.
- If you're traveling in new areas and you notice your count isn't increasing, first ensure that you have all the necessary permissions enabled. Go to your device's settings, tap on 375go (typically found under 'Applications' on both iOS and Android) and ensure that the location and network permissions are enabled. The app will not operate correctly otherwise.
- If all permissions are enabled, you're on the latest version of the app that's publicly available on iOS or Android respectively, and your hexes are not increasing, try to log out, force close the app, restart your device, log back in, and try again to explore a new area.

I've traveled around by my hex count remains at 0. Why is this happening?

How do I update my wallet address?
- It is not possible to change your wallet address. If you'd like to use a different wallet, doing soo will create a totally new account.

What is this "public key signature missing" error?
- This happens when a user attempts to sign a transaction with a different signature than what the application is expecting. You can validate this by heading to the Account tab on 375go and looking below your in-app username. If you don't recognize the wallet address, you likely created your account using a Magic Link wallet. Can I connect multiple devices to one account?
- Yes. To connect new devices, simply log in with the same credentials as what you used on your main device.
How does the airdrop work?
- At the end of testnet, your mainnet rewards will be calculated based on your contributions, testnet token holdings, and activity.
When do I get my rewards?
- Rewards are distributed at the end of each epoch. Once calculations are complete, you can claim your rewards in the Rewards tab. If you're reading this while our testnet is ongoing, be sure to be connected to devnet before claiming!
How do I use this app?
- Move around your local area! Either walk, bike, or drive around while the app passively contributes network quality data in the background.
