Error when Claiming Rewards
First, verify whether the rewards have already been claimed via your transaction history.
- Visit Solscan Devnet: https://solscan.io/?cluster=devnet
- Paste and search for your wallet address
- Review the recent transactions and cross validate between the rewards tab and the transaction logs whether a claim was successful (T375 Token Address: 49tCQ92HgNvGxVrpP4ouKYwZDdE9wynemVNe3Uc62Qar)
- If the transaction shows as successful, then the claim button being shown on the app is a UI bug. Our team is aware and is reviewing the issue.
- If there is no transaction documenting the claim, be sure that you are on the Solana Devnet network.
- Ensure that you have devnet funds in your wallet. Here are two faucets you can use:
- If the issue persists, validate whether you recognize the wallet address below your in-app username (in the Account Tab).
- If you recognize the wallet, attempt to export the wallet from Phantom and into Solflare and attempt to claim again.
- If you don’t recognize it, it is most likely a magic wallet. You can now export the private key of your magic wallet and import it into an interface like phantom or solflare for better usability. - If the issue persist, send an email to support@375ai.zendesk.com which includes:
- A detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing
- Screenshots, if applicable
- Your device type (ex. iPhone 12)
- Your OS (ex. iOS 16.1)
My Hexes Aren’t Increasing
- If you are traveling through areas you've already visited in the past epoch, those previously scanned hexes won't count again. Try exploring new areas.
- If you're traveling in new areas and you notice your count isn't increasing, first ensure that you have all the necessary permissions enabled. Go to your device's settings, tap on 375go (typically found under 'Applications' on both iOS and Android) and ensure that the location and network permissions are enabled. The app will not operate correctly otherwise.
- If all permissions are enabled, you're on the latest version of the app that's publicly available on iOS or Android respectively, and your hexes are not increasing, try to log out, force close the app, restart your device, log back in, and try again to explore a new area.
